Click link to see a little video of some cultural dancing today.
My Daughter thinks I did alot of walking distance-wise today and the way I feel I agree.
This Man by Jeremy Camp
In only a moment truth
Was seen revealed this mystery
The crown that showed no dignity he wore
And the king was placed for all the world
To show disgrace but only beauty flowed from this place
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
He held the weight of impurity
The father would not see
The reasons had finally come to be to
Show the depth of his grace flowed with
Every sin erased he knew that this was
Why he came
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
And we just don’t know the blood and
Water flowed and in it all

He showes just how much he cares
And the veil was torn so we could have
This open door and all these things have
Finally been complete
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
Would you take the place of this man
Would you take the nails from his hands
From his hands
From his hands
From his hands
From his hands
From his hands
Today I visited the Cheney Trail head but did not take a picture - I imagine it must be around 5 to 6 miles between these to points but I have not looked at any map to close. I might be able to bike this but no way on earth could I walk in in less than a couple days. Picture coming soon. But trust me most trailheads look the same unless I get creative by some means.
Well it’s a long road:

I really do hope it gets easier soon.
Well not to much new I’m still doinging what I do - walk alittle and rest a little and keep on truck’in.
A positive attitude always brings about better results than a bad attitude.
Lou Holtz legendary football coach said it this way:
“Ability is what you’re capable of doing.
Motivation determines what you do.
But attitude determines how well you do it”
Now a few words from Pat Riley.
” attitude is the mother of luck
Every life has it’s setbacks. Facing those setbacks
is what keeps you alive. Any time you stop striving
to get better you’re bound to get worse.”
Well it’s been another day of exercise and recovery. I might have over did it on Saturday so I required some rest on Sunday and I was not feeling very well at all. Today was a walk of just getting back into gear. Enough to get some heavy lasting breathing -that will do me for now.
I’m reminded of the tortoise and the hare. Moral: Plodding wins the race.

“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.” Robert Frost
